Plastic Lumber Specialties has been serving the Richmond, Virginia area since 1995!

James and Leslie Clanton opened Plastic Lumber Specialties, Inc. in 1995. James came across an ad in a business publication advertising products made from plastic lumber, which intrigued his interest. After doing some extensive research on the products and material, they decided to follow a dream they had to open up their own business. What appealed to them was not only that plastic lumber was an environmentally positive product, but also its durability and low-maintenance. Although both had careers in other fields, they decided to go into business for themselves and opened Plastic Lumber Specialties, Inc. on Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA.

The company has continued to expand its selection with more of the superior products, made available for not just contractors, but for the public as well.The business has been growing steadily for the past eleven years.

The products and material are on display in the Showroom at: 8501-A Brook Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060 (about two blocks north of Parham on Brook).
